Where and How Are Interviews for RBI Grade B Officers Held?

According to an official announcement by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the interviews for Grade B officers, specifically Divisional Manager (General)-2021 and Divisional Manager (DEPR/DSIM)-2021, will begin on August 2, 2021, and August 30, 2021, respectively.

Note: All interviews will be conducted via video conferencing. The e-interview call letters, which include the date, time, and video conference link for each interview, are being sent to candidates at their registered email IDs.

It is imperative for candidates to keep an eye on their email for these call letters. If you have not received your call letter by July 20, 2021, you should promptly contact the RBI Services Board by sending an email to rbisb@

Preparation and Documentation

On the day of the interview, candidates are expected to produce all original documents and a duly filled Biodata format along with affidavits and any other supporting certificates, if applicable. Additionally, a self-attested photocopy of all these documents must also be made available. It is crucial that these photocopies are in the same serial order as the documents sent to the candidate's email.

Important: Please ensure that all required documents are original and complete. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification or rescheduling of your interview.

Interview Venue and Format

While the interviews are conducted through video conferencing, for clarity, it is mentioned that the interviews for the Grade B officers will take place at the Mumbai office of the RBI Services Board. This location is the hub from which the video conference will be managed and monitored.

réussiing the interview process requires not only preparation but also staying informed about the procedures and necessary documentation. Be sure to review all the guidelines provided by the RBI Services Board.
