Curriculum

The training typically lasts for several weeks, spanning about 1.5 months. During this period, trainees engage in a rigorous academic schedule, with four classes every day, six days a week. Overall Experience

Residential Experience: Our residential training took place at the NISM campus in Patalganga, located around 50 km from Mumbai. The campus offers great facilities and is located in a remote but well-equipped area. The campus includes: Academic bloc Library Residential blocks

Trainees were provided with a twin-sharing room, well-designed and comfortable. Other amenities like food, cleaning, gym, swimming pool, and library were also taken care of by the campus staff. The following pictures showcase the beauty of the campus and its facilities:

Each day, trainees attend four classes over six days a week. Lectures are delivered by SEBI officers and sometimes by esteemed guests. The lectures conclude by 5 PM, giving trainees the flexibility to pursue other activities. In addition to the academic schedule, trainees are taken on visits to stock exchanges and stock broking houses, and they have the opportunity to engage in practical trading sessions.

On the cultural side, the program includes management games, musical nights, and other activities to help trainees relax and bond with their peers. These activities contribute to the overall positive and engaging atmosphere of the training.

The training period is divided into several sections. After completing the training, trainees sit for a test, which is moderately simple and assesses their understanding of the material covered. There's also a presentation that allows trainees to showcase their learning and a valedictory function to celebrate the end of the program.

By the end of the training, trainees have a comprehensive understanding of SEBI's functioning and many good memories to cherish.
