Is the Jio Summer Surprise Offer Still Available on April 10?
By April 10, the name of the Jio offer has changed to Jio Dhan Dhan Dhan. This new offer provides unlimited services for only three months, whereas the previous offer was valid for four months. Any remaining data without usage will expire on the 16th of April.

Holiday Offers Update

The Jio Happy New Year Offer is not yet expired. For today, if the offer has not officially expired, you will receive 3GB of data daily. However, from tomorrow onwards, the data cap will reduce to 2GB per day. This will continue until the Happy New Year Offer officially expires. Tomorrow, Jio, as a working day, will conduct official operations.

Customer Experience Update

Ayaan, your issue has been acknowledged. The Jio Happy New Year Offer is now officially expired and will be updated on your account as soon as possible. Since you have recharged for the Summer Offer, you can now avail the Summer Surprise Offer from April 16, 2023. The first three months will be complimentary, and after July 16, the 499 plan will become active for another 28 days. This change will be reflected on your account as soon as possible.

Current Jio Offer Scenarios

As of April 11, the Jio Summer Surprise Offer is no longer available. According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) orders, Jio has withdrawn the Summer Surprise Offer. If you recharge with the Rs. 303 plan or a higher value pack over the Jio Prime membership plans, you will receive a plan valid for 28 days. This is in line with the Rs. 303 plan criteria.
